ANN JAMES MASSEY,
SWA, KA, CPSA
A passion for detail and a deep admiration for the Dutch Masters
have guided Ann James Massey toward a mastery of realism. Since
1970, she has created images through twenty to forty layers of
wax pencil, achieving depth and realism not possible with charcoal
or graphite. In 1990, she started complementing her precise drawings
with equally intricate painting using the old masters' techniques.
